| My daughter was 10 years old at the time and was very scared as we began to go up. It didn't help that my 8 year old son kept teasing her about it. He kept saying, "What if suddenly it broke off and we rolled into the water..." I kept having to tell him to stop and that his sister is really scared. |

| According to the official website The London eye is 135m, which is equivalent to 64 red telephone boxes piled on top of each other. It's the world's largest observation wheel and the 4th tallest structure in London. |
