Perspective

Ones perspective is a fluid concept.
I find that I can say something to someone knowing what I mean, and they can think I am saying something totally different. I wonder if this is how wars have commenced?
We all spend a lot of time trying to communicate. Now I am not sure if we really are.

If everyone processes information differently then how are we supposed to figure out what the other person is trying to say?
